Optimeyes
A multi-step programme for chronic dry eye and ocular surface health, led by our consultant oculoplastic surgeons.
Dry, gritty, watery or burning eyes rarely have a single cause. Optimeyes is our integrated protocol that combines technologies to treat the meibomian glands, calm inflammation and restore the eyelid microbiome together, not in isolation.
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)
Targeted light pulses warm the meibomian glands of the eyelid, restoring healthy oil flow and reducing the inflammation that drives chronic dry eye and rosacea around the eyes.
Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT)
A gentle red and near-infrared light therapy that supports tissue repair and reduces inflammation in the eyelid skin. Painless, with no downtime, and pairs well with IPL.
Microbiome Care
Targeted eyelid cleansing and microbiome-friendly aftercare to rebalance the bacteria on the lid margin. Often the missing piece in dry eye plans that have only treated the glands.
