Very little. You may have slight redness or minor swelling at the injection sites for a day or two, but most people return to their usual routine immediately.

Yes. Much of the deepening of nasolabial folds (the lines from the nose to the mouth) and marionette lines comes from volume loss higher in the face. Restoring that volume with dermal filler lifts and smooths the folds, often more effectively than treating the line directly. Your practitioner will plan this at consultation.
