Overview

What is a non-surgical facelift?

As we age, the face loses both volume and firmness. Cheeks flatten, skin begins to droop and the defined contours of youth gradually soften. A non-surgical facelift combines the most effective injectable and skin-tightening technologies available today to address both concerns at once, restoring a more lifted, youthful appearance without surgery or significant recovery time.

At Maison Restorative we tailor each treatment to the individual. Depending on your concerns, we might combine Ultracel HIFU for deeper tissue lifting with hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm Voluma to replace lost volume in the cheeks, temples and jawline. Polylactic acid treatments such as Lanluma can stimulate your own collagen to rebuild firmness from within. The 8 Point Lift technique targets eight key areas of the face simultaneously for a harmonious, structurally balanced result.

The goal is always a natural outcome: a refreshed, rested version of you rather than an obviously treated appearance. Your practitioner assesses your face in detail and recommends the combination of treatments most likely to achieve the result you are looking for.

What to expect

What to expect from Non-Surgical Facelift

  1. Step 1

    Consultation

Your practitioner assesses your facial structure, discusses your goals and designs a bespoke combination treatment plan, explaining each component and the result you can expect.

  2. Step 2

    Treatment

Treatments are carried out in sequence, often in a single extended session. Skin-tightening devices are typically applied first, followed by any injectable treatments, to maximise the combined effect.

  3. Step 3

    Aftercare and review

Recovery is minimal and most patients return to normal activities the same day or the day after. Results continue to develop over the following weeks as the skin remodels; a follow-up review ensures you are happy with your outcome.

Aftercare

Because this is a combination of treatments, your practitioner will give you written aftercare covering the specific elements used on the day, and that advice takes precedence over anything general. Broadly, where injectables have been used expect swelling, tenderness and possible bruising over the first 24 to 72 hours; sleep with your head slightly raised, apply a cold compress gently on the first evening, and do not massage the treated areas unless you have been asked to. Where energy-based tightening has been used the skin may feel warm, look pink and be tender for a few hours, and the area can remain tender to the touch for some days. Across all of it: keep make-up off for at least 12 hours, keep skincare gentle, use a daily broad-spectrum SPF, and avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, sunbeds and alcohol for 24 to 48 hours. Postpone facials and dental work for around two weeks. The injectable elements settle within about two weeks, while the tightening elements continue developing over three to six months, so the full result appears in stages. Contact the clinic immediately if you develop severe or increasing pain, blanching or a white or dusky discolouration of the skin, or any change in your vision.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about Non-Surgical Facelift

What does a non-surgical facelift involve?

It is a personalised combination of treatments selected for your specific concerns. This may include HIFU skin tightening (Ultracel), radiofrequency (Thermage FLX®), volumising dermal fillers, collagen-stimulating injectables such as Lanluma, or a combination of these. Your practitioner will recommend the right approach at consultation.

How does it differ from a surgical facelift?

A surgical facelift repositions and tightens deeper facial tissues; a non-surgical approach uses energy-based devices and injectables to lift and volumise without incisions. Results are subtler and less long-lasting, but there is no surgery, no general anaesthetic and no significant downtime.

Is there any downtime?

Downtime is minimal for most treatments in this category. There may be some mild redness or swelling for a day or two after injectables, but most patients resume normal activities the same day.

How long do results last?

This depends on the combination of treatments used and individual factors. As a guide, dermal fillers last six to eighteen months and HIFU results can last one to two years. A maintenance programme keeps results looking fresh.

Will the result look natural?

Yes. Our aim is always a balanced, refreshed appearance. We take a full facial assessment before planning treatment to ensure proportions are respected and the result looks like you at your best.

How much does a non-surgical facelift cost?

Pricing depends on the combination of treatments agreed for you and is confirmed in writing at your consultation, with no obligation to proceed.
